Summer is the time for annual and tropical plantings. Each year the horticulture staff plants thousands of annual plants with the help of volunteers. These short lived beauties provide extensive blooms all summer long and many can be rehomed as houseplants. Learn more about common annuals such as begonia, lantana, coleus and more. We will also learn more about the aquatic plants growing in the reflecting pool.
