October 21 – 26 | Madison Square Park

In the lead up to the City of Forest Day in New York City, our community will be writing letters of appreciation to our favorite trees here in Madison Square Park. Across the park, you’ll find boxes full of all the materials you need to write a poem, draw a picture, and creatively tell the story of your connection to our arboretum.

Afterword, our team will share just a few of our favorite stories with our park allies. All contributions are welcome before the official date across the city on October 26.
