Victoria Liu
Victoria joined in November of 2025, bringing nearly 20 years of experience building strategic partnerships, driving revenue growth, and strengthening various mission-driven institutions across New York City. In her role as Chief Development Officer at Madison Square Park Conservancy, she oversees fundraising strategy, institutional advancement, and donor engagement for the Conservancy’s public art commissions, horticulture, and public programs. Previously, she held fundraising roles at several of New York City’s most respected nonprofit organizations including City Harvest, the Solomon R. Guggenheim Museum, Asia Society, The Noguchi Museum, and Pursuit.
Victoria holds a master’s degree in nonprofit management from Carnegie Mellon University and a dual degree in Economics and Visual Arts from The University of Chicago. Originally raised in Illinois as a second generation Chinese-American, she now lives in Astoria, Queens with her husband and young son. Outside of work, she loves exploring contemporary art, asking for restaurant recommendations, and building community among other tired but happy parents.
