Curious how this botanical art installation came to life? Join artist Lily Kwong for an intimate tour and conversation as she shares the behind-the-scenes story of Gardens of Renewal.

Offered at 5 and 6 PM, each session begins with Kwong reflecting on her connection to Madison Square Park and her approach to designing immersive landscapes in urban spaces. She’ll walk guests through the creative journey – from initial concept to final  installation – offering insight into how her studio brought this vision to life in collaboration with the Madison Square Park Conservancy team.

Explore both the Meditation Garden and the Children’s Garden as Kwong leads a guided tour through both spaces, followed by an open Q&A where you can ask questions about her work.
