This Plastic Free July, community members will have the opportunity to learn how to reduce single-use plastics and donate items around family, pets, lunch, and lifestyle. 

To kick off the month, we ask our community of pet owners to bring second-hand pet supplies to donate to local volunteer rescue, Nana’s Haven. The event will be held outside Jemmy’s Dog Run on July 13 from 4-6 pm. 

• Accepted items include: 
  • Unopened and unexpired food and treats
  • Blankets, Towels, Sheets
  • Leashes and Harnesses
  • Crates and Carriers
  • Enrichment Toys 
  • Unopened Litter, Pellets, and Hay

Please note that this event encourages pet owners to reduce, reuse and recycle their old pet supplies not purchase new.
