Madison Square Park Conservancy is responsible for the maintenance of the park’s lawns which are in the process of spring reseeding. While the grass is establishing now, visitors should expect the majority of lawns to be ready for use in late May.  Lawns are open daily for public use starting at 10 AM through 5 PM, weather permitting. Bring a blanket and pull up a chair for Picnic in the Park!

Join us for a lunchtime performance from western swing band The Brain Cloud, and a B The Method exercise demo from Lia Barth. Whole Foods Market’s Fuel Your Outdoor Adventure station will also be on-site, with samples provided by the recently opened Whole Foods Market NoMad store.

This program is free and open to all ages. Please gather at the west gravel for an afternoon of music and light snacks.
