Artist Shahzia Sikander’ Havah…to breathe, air, life features two new large-scale sculptures—one within the park that can be animated through augmented reality and another atop the courthouse rooftop, the first female figure to adorn one of its ten plinths— as well as a recent video animation that visually links the distinct elements.

Join us for a free 15-minute tour of Havah…to breathe, air, life exhibition every Wednesday at noon, beginning February 1 to May 31, 2023.

Please meet by the northern entrance of the Oval Lawn, near the Farragut Monument.
