As the sun sets on summer nights in Madison Square Park, fireflies emerge, magically lighting up our lawns and gardens. 

Join us for a relaxing night in the park as we search for twinkling fireflies and learn what makes these summertime insects so special. Guests are invited to take part in family-friendly ecology trivia and take a closer look at the tools of an urban naturalist.

The program will kick off on Sol Lewitt Lawn before dusk at 7:30 PM. 

Picnic blankets and lawn chairs are encouraged. Feel free to bring your own snacks to enjoy.
