Join us for a morning guided meditation class in Madison Square Park, where we’ll practice cultivating comfort and stillness in the center of our bustling city. We will learn proper meditation positions, supportive techniques for the body, and how to manage discomfort, all with the goal of learning to create inner harmony, balance attention, intention, and awareness. Meet us at Redbud Lawn, and bring a towel or mat to sit on, along with comfortable clothing for sitting on the ground.
All levels are welcome to join. Please bring your own towel or mat, as those will not be provided, and be prepared with water, sunblock and anything you need to remain comfortable in the sun.
Classes are weather dependent. You will receive an email at least 2 hours prior in case of cancellation due to inclement weather.
