Join us for a lunchtime guided meditation class in Madison Square Park where we’ll practice cultivating comfort and stillness in the center of our bustling city. We will learn proper meditation positions, supportive techniques for the body, and how to manage discomfort all with the goal of learning to create inner harmony, balance attention, intention, and awareness.
